Add New Bamboo Health Users

Create an Account

Please follow these three quick steps to create your Bamboo Health account:

  1. Go to https://my.patientping.com
  2. Click on Create an Account
  3. Follow the account set-up instructions

Activate my Bamboo Health Account

Once completed, you will immediately receive an email confirmation from support@bamboohealth.com, which will include an account activation link that will be active for seventy two hours. Just click the activation link, confirm your password, and click activate.
